How do I book a tour with GRS?
Share your dates, destination and traveller count through Plan My Trip, WhatsApp or the contact form. We confirm itinerary, vehicle and stay options before you travel.
Do you require full payment in advance?
Payment schedules are shared with each quotation. We do not publish a single rule here because packages differ — the cancellation policy page will be updated with your confirmed commercial terms.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations depend on hotels, transport and seasonal tickets already committed. Read the Cancellation & Refund Policy page and we will always state the applicable terms on your quotation.
What vehicles do you operate from Bangalore?
Sedans, SUVs, tempo travellers, mini buses and coaches — assigned by group size and route. Airport transfers are available on request.
Which hotels do you use?
We shortlist stays by location, category and your budget. You approve the hotel list before we lock the journey.
Can you build a completely custom itinerary?
Yes. That is a core GRS service — starting city Bangalore, your dates, your temples or beaches, your pace.
Do you arrange pilgrimage darshan?
We plan travel, rest and temple sequencing. Special entry or seva tickets, where applicable, are handled as per current temple rules and availability.
Can you handle large family or association groups?
Yes. Group tours include vehicle planning, hotel rooming lists and a clearer day-by-day brief.
Do you help with international holidays?
Yes. We assist with itinerary, stays and transport. Visa rules change — we guide, but travellers remain responsible for documents.
Is visa assistance included?
We provide guidance and document checklists. Embassy outcomes are never guaranteed by any travel company.
Do you offer airport pickup in Bangalore?
Yes. Share your flight number and terminal. Pricing is quoted per vehicle type.
Can we travel with children?
Absolutely. We pace sightseeing, keep buffer time and can arrange extra seats or suitable rooms when you tell us ages in advance.
